thai wildlife

Hello - i'm soon going to Thailand.

Is there any "wildlife" in Thailand such as Snakes or spiders i should be aware of before i go.

Don't go trekking then!  In cities, there are no snakes, but plenty of geckos and cockroaches (and yes, some spiders).  Outside of towns, the usual array of wildlife may want to share your space.  Depends where you go, what you do and where you stay.

i've been trekking before - lots of times. still doesnt mean my fear of spideys goes away. it's kinda like indiana jones and the snakes thing.
