Failed my driving test today, absolutely gutted

So I get half way through my driving test today and everything is going great, no minors or anything and I get to a box injunction in the middle of the town and my exit was clear so I went but a car came around the bend opposite me speeding through a red light and I get failed for it.

How is this my fault, he broke the law and my exit was clear.

I got 0 minors

Lesson learnt here Nottingham, NEVER underestimate how stupid other drivers are on the road ;o)

Nottingham, don't assume they have - we have people round here who just get in and drive.....

It's no excuse but the weather was appalling, I need to make sure I am more alert when the weather get's bad.

I hope you don't mind me asking but what did you get failed for on your first test?

Sibton - me too, except another two times - my fault, grumpy, my fault, grumpy, passed! Nottingham, don't be disheartened. After the fails each time I drove home someone did something idiotic. That's the nature of driving. Just be glad that your examiner had brakes, sounds like you had a narrow miss.

It would be great if in cases like this the examiner could get the other driver banned, but I guess they all get theirs somehow.
