I am travelling to the Dominican Republic at the end of the year, could you please advise the injections that I require and if they are mandatory or recommended. Thanks

Check this with your local travel clinic or GP, but current advice is ;

Ensure you are up to date with tetanus.

Recommended- Hepatitis A, although less important for short stays in tourist hotels.

Consider- Diphtheria, Typhoid, TB, Hepatitis B & Rabies, although these will depend on where you will be staying, how long for and your lifestyle choices.

There are no mandatory immunisations
