Book- Games For A Long Car Journey?

Please can anyone recommend a book of fun games to play on a long car journey (2 adults, one driving) Thanks

Don't know about a book but my son and I pass the time by seeing who can make the longest word using the registration letters of the car in front, in the correct order. We have also counted the legs in pub names - take the pubs you pass on your side of the road. The Red Lion has four legs. The Miller, two etc and add them up. The winner is the one who has the most legs in a given time. Could be dodgy if one of you is driving, though!

we play spotting games - who sees Eddie Stobart first, who sees a church, etc.

Car pool

To win you need to spot 7 cars of the same colour followed by a black car. It's a great driving game. Watch out though: if another player spots a white car while you're playing, you hand over to them. Play in teams to increase your chances. Top tip: choose an easy colour like red or blue.

Car snooker

A simple car game to stop boredom creeping in. How many colours can you spot before your time runs out? Spot as many coloured cars as you can - but in the right order. Bring along this handy list for those that don't know the snooker sequence off by heart.
