Can somebody illustrate to me how the above get into UK and then get away with begging in the streets. I know if you want to emigrate to Australia you have to prove you have money etc. thanks have been wondering about this for quite a while.

thats the point ummm. We accept people despite them not having rigourous background checks; much like you would do if you wanted to emmigrate to usa, canada, oz etc

Good Morn all, Ummmm, I shall be going to visit my Brother is Oz in Sept this year ( Not Bragging) the Question's, the back ground checks, your whole life is asked! do I have a problem with that?
