Why not contact Clydesdale bank? I'm sure they'll be able to help you.
Just copied this from Trip adviser website as an answer from someone in Jersey to a very similar question. It was dated Aug 2011.

The ATM system here is just the same as the UK. Bank ATMs provide free withdrawals, but there are also some independent ATMs (You know the ones that you get at motorway service stations and the like in the UK?) in shops and some other places, which will charge a fee.

Presuming your Visa Debit card is the one you use at UK ATMs, you'll have no difficulty withdrawing money for free. There are plenty of free ATMs about.

The onlyu thing to be wary of is that the majority of machines here dispense Jersey Sterling, which isn't legal tender in the UK. You can use British notes here, but not the other way round! The machines at the Airport and Ferry Port dispense English banknotes.

we ought to go back to the days of a Clydesdale note or RB/BoS only being worth 19 sh and 6d this side of the border (97.5p), given the state of the Scottish economy and separation.
Clydesdale bank notes would be worth even less as they are owned by an Australian bank
Since no currency conversion is involved, you won't be charged by Clydesdale bank for using your debit card at any Maestro machine on Jersey (or for any purchases made there).

The following HSBC branches have Maestro ATMs that don't charge a fee for withdrawals:
King Street, St Helier
Esplanade, St Helier
Halkett Street, St Helier
Ferry Terminal, St Helier
Le Grande Route De St. Martin, Five Oaks
St Brelades Park, St Brelade

There are also (free) HSBC ATMs at:
Roberts Garage, Springfield Road, St Helier
Jersey Airport
Jersey General Hospital

There are a further two (free) Maestro ATMs at Jersey Airport, operated by Raphael's Bank and RBS.
