Innovative Swing Lock On Canal

I was watching Countryfiles some weeks ago. They were on a canal in the north east somewhere. There was this amazing lock which swung right round. Please would someone be able to tell me where is it. I would love to take a canal trip and take this in. If anyone knows any reliable companies who do narrow boat hires that would also be great.

Yes that indeed is the one, Anngel. But it is not a lock. It is a "rotating boat lift" and I believe its design is unique.
