Does Mrs O Have Her Snorkel Ready?
21 Answers
Just seen Whitby on the news, had floods at high tide last night, I thought about Mrs O!!
Seriously though, our thoughts are with all those who live on the East coast who have had to evacuate their homes last night and experienced flooding in businesses and homes. It must be really dreadful for them.

The town centre was dreadful last night, even two streets away from the harbour were flooded. The brand new Weatherspoons (I never wanted a chain pub in the town anyway) is trashed and Mr O has some fantastic pics of the town at its worst at high tide. He came home feeling very smug with himself until I broke the news that the roof has blown off his local pub.
We are safe and sound as we live on the West (posh) side of town which is very high up.
