Having "Googled" for over an hour(and become very frustrated with the primitive Italian Websites!LOL) I think I have envetually found something for you.It seems that your Hotel is actually just the Hotel Palme, and not "Le"Palme, which as you know on the Net makes a difference.Having said that,it was still difficult to pin it down. Many, many Hotels in Italy (unless they are Luxury ones) don't appear to think it necessary to have a website!
This link will take you to a page from a guide book about Hotel Palme,I have cross referenced the description with the photo on the First Choice website and they seem to be the same.
Have you thought of emailing First Choice and asking them if there is any where you can get more information?
Have a Great Holiday anyway,Lake Garda is a wonderful place, do try and visit Sirmione and Limone(the best 2 towns on the Lake),and try and get to the Opera at Verona, great, even if you are not an opera buff(like me!)
and now for the link:~

Hi there
I went to Lake Garda in May. I stayed in The Hotel Ideal has a magnificent setting close to the northern shores of Lake Garda. You are close to everything. The manager Franco is great. This hotel has a reputation for providing quality accommodation, complete with air conditioning and excellent hospitality. For relaxing and taking in the views you have the choice of the sun terrace or seating area. For your convenience there is a lift in the hotel. look it up. There are hotel`s that are cheaper but I think you get what you pay for. I am going back Xmas. great there then. Goos luck

Hi,
We came back from a week's holiday in Garda 3 weeks ago and stayed at the Hotel Palme (sometimes it's called Hotel Le Palme - hence the confusion). We also booked this with First Choice as a cancellation - so we had no choice of hotels and it was a cheap deal so we didn't expect too much. We were however pleasantly surprised. The hotel whilst not of course 5 star !! was large but friendly, good food and a good base (just 5 minutes walk to the lake and town). We booked a day's Lake Tour - brilliant for seeing all the resorts around the lake - take the bus for a day's shopping in Verona - and we visited the Opera one evening in Verona - Garda is a lovely town - lots of shops, resturaunts and lovely to walk by the lake in the evening.
We're going back next year. Have a great holiday.
Ciao.
