1)if scotland gain independence, will i need a passport to get ther e(from england) will i need my UK passport changed?
2) who can vote? is it everyone in scotland (even "foriegners"?)

You will not require a passport to travel from England to Scotland and anyone whose name appears on a Scottish electoral roll is entitled to vote, regardless of their country of birth.
