it's just three stops on the Metropolitan line from Wembley Park to Harrow on the Hill, if that's any help

depends exactly where in Harrow you want to go, I suppose. But Wembley Park station is fine for Wembley Arena.

if you're actually travelling from the arena, you could do it by bus:-
