This company takes your money and gives promises and builds up hopes in those who actually have no chance of emmigrating for whatever reason. They will NEVER tell someone they can't emmigrate, they will just take the cash.
IF they are not registered with C.H. can the director run off with all the money untraced ?? I feel sorry for the staff of this scam.

Probably one of the resident expert researchers like FF or Buenchico May be able to check this out - I don't have the time right now, and tend to answer stuff I know about, not detailed research.
It seems to have operations in several (mainly) Commonwealth countries so could be incorporated there, with the UK being a subsidiary of that foreign owned company.
Trouble with any professional advice company, be it legal, tax, planning, is that it is hard to nail them that their proposition to win you XYZ for a set fee, was doomed to fail from the start. What are you seeking in terms of redress?

Global Visas is a trading name of Immigration Compliance Services Ltd (Company No. 05688454) which was incorporated on 26/01/06. (Interestingly, despite the firm's website declaring that it was founded in 1996, the Companies House register states that there was no earlier name). The company's registered address is Salisbury House, First Floor, 5 Cranmer Road, London, SW9 6EJ. That's the same address as is given on the websites of both Global Visas and IXP Visas.
The globalvisas, com domain name was registered on 31/07/97, whereas ixpvisas.com wans't registered until 25/10/12.
As has been written many times before here, there is NEVER any point using ANY visa agency (with an obvious exception being where an Embassy has outsourced its visa application process to an accredited agency, as with the Russian Embassy in London). Visa applications through such agencies don't get any special treatment and it's not difficult to make a direct application yourself.

Thanks for the replies. From what I can glean from my research, the director of Global Visas was banned from directorship back in 2008. This ban lasted 5 years and presto in 2013 IXP Visas was launched. Same address, director etc.
Usual phoenixing stuff, I guess the director will make his packet (or already has) and will do a runner soon with his savings. Leaving a huge mess and a bunch of unemployed people for some poor sod to clear up.
