Which Countries Do You Trust?

Mikey's thread here ( http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/News/Question1350274.html ) caused me to ponder.

At the moment the last legitimate stocks of smallpox virus are held by Russia and the US - who are, of course, entirely trustworthy countries who have never indulged in "my weapon is bigger than your weapon" posturing with stuff that could wipe out the world.

Oh no - that would be very dangerous ...

... but that did make me think - which countries would you trust with the ultimate weapon - assuming that they could secure it and therefore the only threat would be from them misusing it themselves?

Sweden? Switzerland? Scotland?

Any thoughts?

I could never trust any country that would accept me as a citizen.

Countries are not the problem. Their governments are. Presumably the buck stops with a PM or President.

New Zealand.
Scandinavian countries-good if rather depressive stories, good design.
Malta-always vote for us in Eurovision.
Caribbean countries (with the exception of Cuba)

Distrust of Russia and the US goes back at least a hundred years.

Now - I do like the idea of New Zealand - possibly with Canada as a dual-key holder. But Jeza's shed is well ahead at the moment.
