Lincoln Cat Care - Alphabet Quizzes

Thanks to everyone who took part in the recent "X, Y & Z People" Quiz. There were 103 returned entries, of which 37 were all-correct.

The £10 prize winner was MRS. V. THOMPSON, of Billinghay, Lincs., and the £5 random draw winner was TONY NAWN, of Bawtry, Doncaster.
This quiz raised approximately £130 for Lincoln Cat Care.

This was the final quiz in the Alphabet series, and I will be taking a break for a while, so there is no follow-on quiz this time.

I would like to thank everyone who has supported my quizzes for L.C.C. since Spring 2011. We have raised over £1,500 to help the cats.

When the withdrawal symptoms get too much to bear, and I have another quiz available, it will be advertised on here and on the Fundraising Quizzes website. I will also email all those people for whom I have an email address.

Thanks all, for your kind words.

My break from compiling quizzes, is not really going to be much of a break in any other respect. My son and his partner have just sold their house, and are moving in with us for a while to enable them to save a bit more for another house. They have two large dogs who don't like cats much, and we have quite a small house , which hubby and I (and two cats) seem to fill quite well on our own. It's going to be pandemonium!
