Once could be viewed as an unfortunate accident. Twice is looking like deliberate targeting
// A United Nations inquiry into attacks on UN personnel or facilities during the 2009 Gaza War concluded that Israel had fired on U.N. personnel or facilities on eight separate incidents. The Board found no evidence that U.N. facilities had been used to launch attacks against the IDF.
U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said the United Nations would consult with Israel to improve their lines of communication to prevent future attacks on U.N. personnel and facilities. Ban plans to seek compensation from Israel for the damage to U.N. property, estimated at $11 million. //

The UN agency for Palestinian refugees says that rockets have been found in a second vacant school in Gaza. UNRWA said staff were immediately withdrawn from the school and that it "unequivocally condemns the group or groups responsible for this flagrant violation of the inviolability of its premises under international law". Israel regularly accuses Hamas and other militant groups in Gaza of using civilian installations to store and rockets, including during the current conflict. Last week, UNRWA reported what is said was the first such discovery of 20 rockets at a school.
One can understand the scepticism and mindset of the IDF.

One wonders too if the ICRC were about to stumble upon something they ought not to see?:

Or you could accept what the Palestinan man was saying - they were p*issed off with the ICRC because they were running away from the dying and wounded they were supposed to be helping.

Looked to me like they were being stoned whilst attempting to go to the site of the injured and had to reverse away from the situation rather quickly.
Still, the UN report about rockets in schools is indeed interesting, eh Gromit?

Wandering into conspiracy theory territory with this, though it is from a respected Israeli newspaper (so genuine) and a remarkable coincidence...
// (On the 5th June) at a security cabinet meeting, Mossad Chief Tamir Pardo outlined a scenario spookily similar to the kidnapping of the three Israeli teens missing since Thursday night.
He addressed Economy Minister Nafatali Bennett, whose party promoted the bill, and used it to draw a comparison of something that could happen in Israel in the future.
"What will you do if in a week three 14-year-old girls will be kidnapped from one of the settlements?," he asked. //

If you watch again, just before they ICRC are attacked they talk to a driver who explains they have fled FROM the wounded as it was too dangerous there.
------------------------
So what's to say they weren't going to try a different approach from another angle? Why attack the ICRC under ANY circumstances?

//By that perverted logic T3, Britain was to blame for the Blitz. //
on 24th August 1940, a German night raid drifted off-course and accidentally bombed residential properties.
on the 25th, presumably in retaliation, Churchill ordered the bombing of Berlin. The rest is history.
you got that one about right, Zeuhl.

////I can't help feeling they're not going to stop this time. I hope I'm wrong.////
And I do hope when tables do turn in the near future ( and I have no doubt that the time is near now) then then the same people (countries, including many Islamic) who are watching silently would not jump in to stop it.

Tora Tora – When someone will bring a bunch of people from long way away and give them part of your house, and then back them to push you out of your own house, and confine you in a place only known as the largest prison in the world with no food, no medicine, and no life, and would push and attack you even there, and would kill your children, and would talk about raping your sisters and mothers and would make your life more difficult than you could ever imagine and would still brand you a terrorist when you are only trying to get back PART of what was once all yours. Then believe me you would fire rockets too and more than that you would throw stones on invading tanks because only thing you have are stones. Then I will ask you why were you doing that?
