Difficult to say until you go onto their websites and go through all of the medical declaration questions. The questions are pretty much standard for all companies. It depends if you want your pre-existing conditions covered or excluded.
Thank you for your answer we intend to declare all conditions' but the problem is we live on the Isle of Man and should the worst happen the repatriation of a body costs a huge price
Repatriation costs a huge price wherever you are. I don`t know about dead bodies but an insurance company told me about a year ago that it`s cost them £30,000 to repatriate someone from the Canary Islands.
BTW - dead bodies are cheaper to transport because they don`t require medical care on the way home - they go into the hold. Sorry to be blunt. High blood pressure and high cholesterol are not that bad in the scheme of things. It`s cancer patients and people who have had chemo that really suffer pricewise. Your premiums will be raised if you want your conditions covered but you will get cover. Try Avanti.
This specialist broker is recommended on the websites of several charities which aim to help people with medical problems

so perhaps they might be worth a try?
Have a read of the above, it will give you some idea of what to look for in the small print. It appears that a lot of Co's are limiting what they will pay to repatriate a body and it may not cover the costs.
