While individual airlines can, of course, impose their own additional restrictions on cabin baggage, the basic rules are the same throughout the EU. (Individual airline rules are far more likely to be concerned with the size of your cabin bag, rather than with its contents).
So there should be no reason why you can't take anything on your list, with the only proviso being that (because it contains liquid, but in a quantity less than 100ml) your roll-on deodorant must be inside the same (20cm x 20cm) clear plastic bag as your shower gel and shampoo.
