Another Flight Question

Hello fellow abers. I have another question regarding flights. Getting very nervous now (flying is not my favourite thing).
I'm flying with to Ireland with Aer Lingus but flying back with Ryanair next week and only have hand baggage. I have printed off my boarding pass. My question is, with Ryanair do I have to go to the desks or can I go straight through?
