Went to Eurodisney last year, the fast track system is still in operation but you have to be a resident at a Disney hotel to take advantage of it. Also don't wait until all the events have finished (parade & fireworks) before going to get something to eat as all the restaurants will have really long waiting times for tables. Finally if you are staying at a Disney hotel and are waiting for the transfer coach to the station, don't queue nice and orderly as you would in the UK as it is everyman for himself when the coach pulls up, people will push past you, this includes hotel workers !! It makes no difference to them if you have two children and suitcases!! Try and team up with other like minded people and block their access onto the coach, whilst you all sort yourselves out and board the coach.
Go and see 'Buffalo Bill' on the evening. If your sister's 11 then she'll get in as a child (half price) but if she sits up tall and says she's 12 once you're into the arena then she'll get an adult size meal...it's super good food!!! And the show is really good too with all the horses and 'cowboys' :-P
