ad a lovely day out on Saturday,snto Falkirk to see the Kelpies,they looked magnificent,then up to the Falkirk wheel,it was more than I thought it would ,I didnt know this is the only one in the world.have you been to see this and what did you think ????

But I do get up to Perthshire fairly regularly (Aberfeldy) and so can easily stop off around Falkirk. Hope to be up there next month, but still not quite sure of plans.

The Falkirk Wheel's an engineering marvel and even a properly aged cynic like myself is impressed with The Kelpies.
The whole park's a great asset for Central Scotland.

Haven't seen the Wheel yet,would love to see the Kelpies too,did have a sail on Loch Ness last year but didn't see you,LochNessMonster, I do believe you are there somewhere though
