Can anybody tell me the name of any restaurants which would take late bookings on a Saturday evening? I am coming to see a show soon and would like to be able to book a "after show dinner" somewhere. Thanks in advance.....

Why not try Google Maps for any particular area then do a "local search" for whatever you want?
Click here then zoom in and start searching.
Edinburgh is overflowing with restaurants that stay open late.......enjoy!
