If you want to go for the full on history tour you can also take in Congress Hall - where the US Congress met between 1790 and 1800 when Philadelphia was the nation's capital. The Liberty Bell Pavilion is Philadelphia's top tourist attraction commissioned to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Charter of Privileges.
