What part of London?
London is a big place. Whereabouts?
The Double Tree Hilton at Hanger Lane Ealing has parking, and handy tube into central London.
If it's central London, The Ibis at Euston used to have parking
I suggest you add budget to your requirements. I expect the Savoy would park your car for you at a price.
Just checked. The Ibis still has parking.
And don't forget the ridiculous Congestion Charge in London when taking your car in to the city centre.

Very few of the hotels that my company has put me up in within greater London have had parking. (There simply aren't that many!). The only exception I can think of is the Park Hotel in Ilford. It's got limited parking on-site and loads of street parking on the road to the side of it:

It's far from the best of the hotels I've stayed in but it's not too bad.

Remember though that getting from one side of London to the other by car in the rush hour can easily take over 1½ hours (and about as long using public transport). It would help if we knew which part of London you'll be working in!
Why are you not staying in the "free digs" you mentioned in your previous post

my boss has put me into london bridge hotel, he told me there was free parking in hotel, i called hotel but they charge £15 a day for a parking permit.

ive told him try get me another place even outer london with parking. probably somewhere between city centre and illford / peckham direction.
Problem solved ... why not pay the £15 and sleep in your car ?
Oh well then I'm sure you will find same amount of negative points like your last job offer.
The London Bridge Hotel is a bit luxurious for a workmens' B&B.
