Buying A Static Caravan, Advice Please

i am interested to buy a static caravan. im thinking of price range between 8-20k . i need to know the pitfalls , the does and donts etc before buying, this is for me to live in and for my wife and children to stay in when i am away working.

i dont want to buy a caravan then 10 years later it has damp etc . so im now doing my homework and considering this as a move for me. i have an apartment at minute costing too much money per month so a caravan in an all year round park will suit my needs , suits my childrens needs ( in summer ) and suit my budget ( 1500 euro per year ) ground rent, site open all year.

what factors should i consider, i need to listen to all you who are in the know.
