Reminds me of a true story. A mate of mine was lucky enough to get a job working at Heathrow airport straight from school. He was in the baggage handling area. On his first day the machinery went wrong and ripped the handles off a lot of cases. They made him stand at the end of the luggage conveyor with all the handles on a tray so that the owners could take them back. He got continuous abuse from the annoyed passengers.
