If you go to this site all you have to is to type in the name of your home town (or the first bit of your postcode) and, hey presto, a complete list of all YF vaccination centres in your area! :

You really only need the jab if you're coming from a country that has yellow fever, or going to some out-of-the-way areas.
From the Brazilian toursim website (Turisomo.gov.br):
Yellow Fever Vaccine
For tourists who have been in transit over the past three months, or who are coming from certain countries - Angola, Benin, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Colombia, Ecuador, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea Bissau, French Guiana, Liberia, Nigeria, Peru, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sierra Leon, Sudan, Venezuela and Zaire -, an International Certificate of Vaccination against yellow fever is required. The yellow fever vaccine is also recommended for all national and international tourists who intend to visit the following Brazilian states: Acre, Amazonas, Amap, Federal District, Gois, Maranho, Mato Grosso do Sul, Par, Rondnia, Roraima and Tocantins. Do not forget: it is necessary to take the vaccination at least ten days prior to leaving on your trip.
sorry, typo in the website's name (you might want to look at it for other advice); it's here
I spent seven months in Brazil and didn't need one, even in the Amazonas.
Yellow Fever is rare and you're only required to have the vaccine if arriving from infected places.
I did have one administered about five years ago in East Yorkshire - Withernsea, before I went to work in Mozambique. You have to get it done a few weeks before you set off for it to be effective though and keep your little yellow vaccination certificate with your passport if you do have it.
