Viator
Hi !
Has anyone used this company to pre-book day trips/tours at all ?
I was enquiring about trips in Cancun (Mexico) but cannot seem to get my question answered satisfactorily.
Does anyone have any experience of this company at all please ?
Thanks !

and plenty of media sources recommending it, e.g:

Like any large organisation (particularly one that has to rely on local companies all over the world to provide its end products), there will be a few dissatisfied people but you're probably safer booking with Viator than through many other websites.

Thanks Buenchico (Chris is it ? Long time, can't remember!)
I was trying to find out a relatively simple question from them, but Only seem to get 'generic' replies - bit wary of booking, as if they can't respond To my queries when I am looking to book tours/trips to the value of over £500 - what would it be like trTing to get a satisfactory response in the event of a problem ?
