Citi7 runs that way - we caught it a few weeks ago whilst on holiday there.
Useful tip - if you look on Google Earth you can see the symbol for bus-stops. Click on the one nearest the station and it will tell you which buses stop there. Do the same for Addenbrookes and whichever numbers are common to both, they're the buses that will do you.
Walk out of the railstation entrance and turn left. The 1st bus stop is the one for Addenbrokes. You are better getting the Guided Bus Route A. It is much faster than the normal bus and cheaper.
The Milton to Babraham Park and Ride (green bus) stops at the station and Addenbrookes, just make sure the destination is Babraham
The guided bus route' A' does a tour of Addenbrokes, you can get off at the Treatment Center, Rosie Maternity, Clinic 2, or Out Patients/Main Entrance.
The other buses only go to the Hospital Bus station opposite the eye clinic about 100 yds from out patients. The guided bus 'A' stops right outside outpatients entrance. I have been going every week for several months now for treatment on my dislocated finger. The train and bus are much better than trying to find a parking space.
Guided bus 'A' is £3.20 return to Addenbrokes from the station, the others are £4.60 . Try to have the correct fare ready the drivers are often short of change.
Turn left out of the rail station. You'll find the bus stops a short way along, on the left-hand-side of the road.

'Citi 1' and 'Citi 7' buses run to Addenbrookes Bus Station. (If you'll still be travelling there from July onwards, 'Uni 4' will be re-routed to run via the rail station, terminating at Addenbrookes):

'Citi 1'runs every 10 minutes, with a 7 minute journey time. 'Citi 7' runs every 20 minutes, with a 9 minute journey time.

As Eddie states, 'Busway A' runs around the Addenbrookes campus on its way to Trumpington. There are departures at 04, 19, 34 and 49 minutes past the hour, taking just 8 minutes for the journey:

So there are a total of 13 buses per hour between the rail station and Addenbrookes (with more to be added in July).
PS: If you buy a 'PlusBus' ticket when you pay for your rail fare, you'll get unlimited travel around Cambridge for the whole day for £3.40 (or £2.25 if you've got a Railcard):

Exactly true Chris. Just one point, the 'citi' buses run on the normal road and are subject to traffic delays ( even with bus lanes). The bus way bus has it's own track just for guided buses. It runs along side the railway back towards the Hospital and then turns and goes over the railway line coming into the Addenbrokes site beside the MRC research labs.(one of the kitchens I work in) It is a lot faster than the 'road' route especially in rush hour.
