Has anyone looked into or had to use the travel insurance that comes with the Flex plus account £10 fee per month?

Two of us are covered but we have never had to make a claim and hope we never will. We have the extended holiday length version (i.e. more than the standard number of days) and it was quite straight forward to set up. For us in our circumstances it was by far the best option available.
Couldn't you buy a fair bit of travel insurance with £120? I think it offers 3% on deposits. But you'd need 4k on deposit to earn enough interest to cover the fees for this account.
The Flexaccount my wife has gives her free European travel insurance. We upgraded it for £40 to cover Worldwide and another £40 to add me on to it. £80 for Worldwide cover for both of us is (I think) an unbeatable deal. Haven't had to use it yet, but the pay out limits seem about standard. We're happy with it.
We too have this account but have never used the insurance. As we also get breakdown insurance, mobile phone insurance as well, the £120 seems good value. The travel insurance is world wide but we also pay about £30 extra for OH's minor ailments.

Thanks all..... I've converted.... the travel cover terms seem same as other policies & I was able to cancel my existing breakdown cover so, with the potential£75 interest it will earn, think I'm quids in.
