These are all two word rhymes eg

Extremely difficult (4,5)

Biggest Worry (5,5)
The case of the missing tapers (6,7)

Bear in mind these are American and therefore some of the terms and spelling will be American. Thankyou

Thanks scorpiojo and quizproquo - the only things I can think of for the others are High Die, and Rough Tough (if there is a mistake in the letters).
