I sent an e mail to Koln tourist office, for info on city they sent me a street plan, leaflet cath, (which looks glorious) and accommodation which I didn't want, there was a letter asking for EIGHT EURO'S and they put a bank account number, or to phone and give my credit card number. Is this normally the case, I wouldn't give any bank or credit card details and to pay around �6 for tourist information they're having a laugh. will ignore it and wait to see if I get a bill, - I've been germany a few times and once brought some apples I asked for a bag and told was 10pfenics old currency.
