Our office work with over 30 photographers and we hire over 5 editors and we mainly focus on weddings, I would like to know if there's any software out there that can help us with the following:
1. The process of entering raw material from the photographer into the editing room + the ability to document the process.
2. Arrange work for editors (the hired editors can see their workflow and shifts)
3. The ability to examine the performance of an editor (how many hours he\she spent on a project)
4. Documentation of film completion (automatically or manually by the editor)
5. Documented customer notification "sent"(date and time the costumer received the notification)
6. Documentation when a film is collected by the costumer + after 3 months since the film was delivered we get a reminder to delete the film from our hard drives.
7. Documentation of any corrections made in the film.

Would have though most office suites would cover it. Seems like you need database applications, word processors, and spreadsheets.
