Any Exciting Plans Today?

Some sharp, heavy showers here, so reluctant to venture out really. I've got a 40th birthday party this evening but I'm not really feeling up to it as I feel quite queasy today.

Anyone got exciting plans this weekend?

Hi NoM, yes, my daughter's 32 Nd birthday party, 8 of us going to a nice pub/ restaurant. She is 22 weeks pregnant with her first baby. A boy. Hope you feel better soon.x

Then drilling holes in some fence posts.......which could or could not be exciting....... :-)

am still trying to make up a plausible excuse......

Well I have had quite a nice morning town. Picked up some crab and lobster for tea. Man with gun has arrived so am making rat pate later.

Just a coffee this time. Last time we did enjoy fish and chips, but today it's a coffee (or tea in my case) followed by "errands" (ie she'll drag me around while she does a bit of shopping).
