Monarch And Caa
Is anyone else having problems getting their Monarch ATOL claim form from the CAA (or the company they have contracted out to do this for them)? I've called 5 times now and they keep saying they'll escalate it but nothing forthcoming. Promised on 11th, 16th, 20th, 23rd and 26th October.

Just wish they'd say instead of promising and not delivering (although it was 2nd October which is closer to 4 weeks now). I've checked junk, deleted, every folder in my inbox. Received immediate refunds from various other companies following our cancelled holiday but the I guess the CAA probably don't have the same resources as the private sector.
