Moroccan Visiting Uk

Hi,

Greetings all, My first question here - So my friend wants to visit the UK
from Morocco, in September this year. I have visited her in May of this year, I am a
Brtish citizen, work and earn over 22k a year, and have my own property. She is a moroccon
citizen also works as a nurse for the goverment, has a steady income and has saved around
£1000 to come and see me. She has filled out her visa application and has all her supporting
documents payslips, proof of address etc. I have also done a letter of invitation and provided
a signed document from a notary member which cost me £60. Along with my proof of address, payslips.

What are the chances she gets the Visa? - it's for a 2week stay in my property, with every intention
of returning home.

I expect they just want to be sure that it is a genuine short holiday and that she does have somewhere to stay, that she can be traced if needed when here, and that you are not in a relationship (because of the risks of overstaying) or that she isn't here to work.
