Apartment In Valencia Attached To A Hotel?

Off to Valencia next month for a week. Prefer an apartment but like the backup of a hotel, ie when the wi-fi doesn’t work, it’s nice to get fairly quick attention.
Prefer to be central, rather than out at the beach. Thank you.

You may be lucky and get an ABer recommendation but you'd get far more valuable responses if you ask this on the Valencia forum on TripAdvisor in my opinion.

Click in the 'Distance from' field in the left-hand pane and select a suitable central location from the popular options offered. (e.g. the cathedral or the central market). Set the distance to 0.5 miles and wait for the page to update. Then see what you can find.

Looking through the results suggests that Valenciaflats Catedral might well meet your needs. (Hotel-based apartments, bang in the centre of the city and with exceptionally good reviews):
