Which train line, Maydup?
I think it’s just Anglia. If so, here are the off peak times:

There are a couple of companies who operate on the route, the ticket doesnt mention them. I think they are Greater Anglia, and a Midlands Company. No restictions on the ticket and given the choice I'd go with midlands as its less stops.
Question Author
East Midlands Trains is the company.
Then all I can find is a statement saying ‘Generally, peak time trains are those which depart before 09.30 from Monday to Friday although there are also evening restrictions for customers travelling on London services out of London. Full details are shown on the specific timetable for your journey’

Thanks for the link Zacs, but I cant find the answer there. Lots of words, some times for London trains, but I'm not seeing the wood for the trees maybe.
It’s under the heading ‘When are Off-Peak and Super Off-Peak tickets valid?’

Thank you! I didn't read properly beyond the London box.

Tickets which do not involve travel to, from or via central London are generally restricted in the morning period only. Typically, Off-Peak and Off-Peak Day tickets are valid after 08:45 or 09:00 outside Greater London, and after 09:30 for journeys outwards from the London suburbs.

So thats me sorted, by the looks of it, after 9am and anytime return.

Found it 100%

Peak is from 4:30am until 8:30am, off peak all other times, on this journey.

There was a code on the ticket to enter into the website, but it would be impossible to find the page without the code I beleive!
Excellent.
