if i left sydney on a moday at 5pm what time would i arrive in London. would it still technically be the same day or would i lose a day?

First thing Tuesday morning - somewhere around 5am, or whenever the airport opens. Depends on stopover times and the direction you travel.

thanx mate. i've booked my flight leaving 10pm and arriving just before lunchtime. can't wait.
good thinking, that's what I'd do too. Landing before dawn is exhausting. The theory is that you should try to switch yourself to London time as soon as you take off, but I've always found this easier said than done. Just get all the sleep you can, when you can.

yea thats what the travel agent said. plus we've got my friends auntie picking us up from airport. don't think they would have like the early morning trip.


yes well its gonna be a long flight. i take as much time to sleep as possible . the following weks are going to be exhausting.
