I Need To Go To Newport From England Tomorrow

2} if yes, is it going to cause me problems
3}if yes, what time would be best to go there and back to avoid traffic frustration?
I can stay in newport for a couple of hours if needed

Wales are playing England, at Cardiff's Millenium Stadium, tomorrow. The match starts at 4.45pm, so most spectators will be aiming to arrive there by 4pm at the very latest (although many would probably want to be in central Cardiff around lunchtime). That might mean a bit of extra traffic on the M4 but I doubt that it should cause you many problems. If you leave at teatime the match will still be in progress, so you won't get caught up in traffic from returning rugby fans.
