6 Answers
Hi, I live in Iran, and we're on verge of WAR, I fluent in English and I know several programming languages, I'm a quick learner, but I am only 19 (18 and 11 months actually not yet 19), and have a high school diploma, I just need to get out of here ASAP. what are your suggestions ?
I ideally want a college in USA, how long do you think it will take and which universities (it's ok if it's other countries too, doesn't really matter) take the least amount of time to give scholarship and student visa, ASAP ?

I don't think there are many people on this site who would have the first clue how easy it is or isn't to obtain a Visa when travelling from Iran. Best bet is to pick the country you'd like to try moving to and work from there, eg by visiting the relevant embassy in Iran*, whose officials would surely be far better-placed to provide assistance.
*For the US this is not possible, and you would need to apply from a neighbouring country, such as Armenia or the UAE.

You might find it difficult to obtain a visa for the USA though, as President Trump's policy seems to be to bar anyone from certain countries (including Iran) from entering his country.
Details of the UK's student visa requirements can be found here:

Getting a scholarship might be the hardest part though. There are many thousands of students who want to study in the USA or the UK but there are only a fairly small number of scholarships available.

Thank you all, yes I also seek to remove my nationality I'm fully aware of hatred towards refugees, however "refugee", is a different term from legal documented immigrant who is useful for society in my opinion.
God, you have no idea how hard it is for me to do this, but I must, apparently best option for me is to move to a 3rd party country first.
there are plenty of iranian lawyers whom have their own business being specialized lawyers in immigration issues, but it's hard to know which are better or which are scam.
