Not actually done a course myself, but remember seeing this on TV, and it worked for the lady that took the course. They claim to have a 95% success rate.
Its not really a fear of flying, its a fear of crashing!
I was a nervous flyer about 30 years ago and I kept telling myself that a plane takes off somewhere every second, and you only hear about a crash once or twice a year, I convinced myself that it is very safe, that I was more likely to be involved in an accident on the way to the shops than in an aeroplane.
Mind over matter did it for me, try it, it really does work.
Good luck.
I never believed in this particularly, but am trying it myself now and it is much better than I expected. You can self-refer.

i hate flying, hurts my ears.. tried all sorts, yea they are clean! sensitive i guess, fear nah, bit like going 70 on the m4, afraid not one bit..could i crash ? possibly, could i get hit by a bus..again possibly.
but one would never leave the house, if you thnk like that.
I have quite a fear of flying - the slightest bump of turbulence and I turn into a different person, massive anxiety and have spent parts of many flights curled in a ball, fingers in my ears throwing G&T down my neck however unless it's deeply subconscious it's not about crashing or dying. Even if some supreme omniscient being told me this flight will land safely I would still feel the same.
I become concerned on a flight when the stewards and stewardesses are told to sit and belt up. If they are carrying about there usual tasks, I am happy.
