Motorcycle Parking At Gatwick Airport

I'm planning to leave my motorbike at Gatwick's short stay car park but have no place to leave the helmet, would it be safe left chained to the bike? I'm assuming with all the CCTV it will be quite secure, and as everybody parking there is going to be catching a flight there's not going to be many opportunistic vandals floating around...?

If i remember correctly, the motorbike parking is under shelter in a multi story car park so the weather shouldn't be a factor.

I feel you're correct in what you say, not many theiving opportunists would be lurking at an airport. I feel the helmet wold be fine chained to the bike.
