We've managed to grab some cheap flights for next May end. We would appreciate recommendations for hotels, restaurants, bars and places to visit. We are there for 4 nights. Lake Bled is already on the list.

Thank you, Chris. I re-watched the Travel Man episode in Ljubljana last night with Richard Ayoade and Eddie Izzard. Funnily enough they stayed at the hotel I've been looking at.

We'll be there for my husband's birthday so restaurant recommendations and advice on things to see and do are very much welcome.
