Last.minute Com

Had a weekend stay in Berlin booked for this weekend...obviously not going now on gov advice (and in any case Berlin has virtually closed down)
Had a hotel booked through last.minute.com but they are now saying no refunds/no amendments...Any advice? (Many people having similar issues with them... their latest reviews are VERY bad).
(We had flights booked separately with Ryanair who have allowed us to change the dates to September with little extra charge)
WE will NEVER be using last.minute com again and will recommend the same to friends and family!
