Hello everyone!
I hope you all doing well. As I you all know that I got admission in German university and currently taking online classes. I have to write an email to my professor where i have to ask her that how should i present my assignment and want to tell her that i am unable to find books on online portal and other email i have to write to my university administer and want to request her if they issue me a latter for my visa application. (actually university wrote me email and ask my visa application status) Can someone please proofread these two emails.

As I noticed that I have assigned a presentation which topic is “bloom” from chapter1, and my presentation deadline is 22th January, I’m unable to find my online books so could you please tell me where I can find my book on online portal, and I’m bit confuse how should we present our assignment? It should be a research paper, case studies or report.

Dear Madam,
I will apply for my visa application in end of November and here German embassy takes almost 2-4 months to issue a visa and sometimes it can be more delay in issuing a visa. I would like to request you if university could issue me a latter where they mentioned a tentative date of arrival in Germany end of march and all also that latter have mentioned my enrollment number, student email address, this latter will help me in getting my application process more fast.
