Crafting Experience

Hi chaps,
I have looked on the net but have failed to find exactly what I am looking for.
I am after a Crofting experience holiday, whilst growing up in the country and messing around on farms as a child I would now like to experience this as an adult.
I am thinking it will be along the lines of dude ranches but cannot find anything, can you kind people help out? In Scotland please.

Big difference .. between Crafting and Crofting.
You could end up getting friendly with the sheep when you actualy want to knit a wooly jumper !
