Travel In The Uk On Christmas Day.

As we’re now limited to a 1 day visit. Is Scotland open for that visit on Christmas Day. It would be a 12 hr round trip to drop off presents for my grandchildren. A quote from BBC Wales web page....
"You can also leave Wales, subject to the local restrictions in the area you would be travelling to, and the need to be back at home by the end of the day."
