48a Broomfield Road isn't recognised as a postal address on the Royal Mail website (with or without any flats). However there's a Flat 11 at 43a Broomfield Road, so maybe there's a typo involved somewhere?

A friend of mine once gave me an address over the phone and she said No 3 and it was actually No 8 . It's an easy mistake to make.
