Injuries To Shoulder Whilst Connecting Red Airline
I was injured whilst using a road unit to do a yard shunt job, a job which I’d done using a road unit for 14 years. The injury accrued when the airline backfired due to pressure in the airline. My company H+S insist there has never been any other reported accidents of this nature, in the uk or even world wide. Does anyone have an example or 1st hand knowledge of injury that’s happen due to this type of work or or using compressed airlines on a road unit to carry out a yard shunter duties

It does not matter that no one else in the world has suffered such an injury – you have suffered the injury.

If you're based in the UK, have you considered contacting the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for help and advice?
