Plenty of them. The English and Welsh coasts bordering on the Irish Sea. The beaches of Norfolk are excellent. Bournemouth westwards on the south coast. Scotland abounds with them on both coasts. Good hunting.
Tenby, south wales
The Gower peninsula, South Wales (not far from Swansea) has loads of excellent beaches. Caswell beach has often won the European Blue Flag award. There are different types of beaches to visit, Caswell, Langland, Oxwich, Port Eynon all have easy access from a car park and have a shop and a toilet easily accessible (Oxwich also has the excellent Oxwich Bay Hotel for a great meal or bar snack). Horton and Rhossili are not too far from a car park but are quieter with no shops or other facilities (well, Rhossili has back at the top of the cliff!) and then there is the spectacular Three Cliffs Bay with no easy access but well worth going to, as is Mewslade.

Calgary Bay, Isle of Mull: http://www.mull.zynet.co.uk/accommodation/calgary.htm or Big Strand, Islay: http://www.scotland-inverness.co.uk/islay.htm or Opinan, http://www.nafirchlis.co.uk/ or Clashnessie, http://www.ullapool.co.uk/beaches.html

Wales, go to Manorbier and Shrinkle Bay: http://www.m2002.fsworld.co.uk/mbrcom4.html. Absolutely the best place to go.

Towans ( nr Hayle ) and also Carbis Bay ( North Cornwall ). Southbourne to Hengistbury Head just east of Bournemouth

The beaches around the Antrim Coast of N.Ireland are some of the best, try Portrush, Whiterocks and Downhill if you ever fancy a trip over.
